Pacific Dreams Realty was born from a legacy of trust and local expertise. Originally established as the sales division of Pura Vida Rentals & Management, we evolved into a standalone agency in 2025 to dedicate our full focus to real estate sales and investment. While our roots are deep in property management, giving us over 20 years of insight into what makes a property truly valuable, our passion is connecting clients with their perfect piece of Costa Rica. We specialize in the Central Pacific coast, serving the vibrant communities of Garabito, Jacó, Herradura, Los Sueños, Punta Leona, and Playa Hermosa.
